What You’ll Find Here:

This space is:

  • 🧠 A place for ideas that actually work for ADHD brains

  • 🌿 A place for natural tools, real talk, and supportive structure

  • 🍎 A place for food, focus, feelings—and sometimes glitter

And best of all? It’s broken down into bite-sized blocks of usefulness (👏 because 👏 long 👏 paragraphs 👏 are 👏 hard 👏).

Welcome.
You’re not too much. You’re not broken. You’re just wired for something different.

Let’s find your rhythm.

Why me?

Hi, I’m Lizzie.

I have ADHD.
I’m a mind coach, an illustrator, a birth and postpartum doula, and a mother of three bold, brilliant, wildly individual children.
I work with real people who are stuck, overwhelmed, spiralling, or simply searching for clarity. People like you—and people like me.

I’ve read the books. Dug into the research. Skimmed forums at 2am. Tried the routines. Burned out from the routines. Eaten all the kale. Rejected the kale. Meditated. Dissociated. Tried again.
And in the mess of it all, I learned something life-changing:

Mindset isn’t just about thinking differently. It’s about feeling safe enough to try.

Oh—and About the Medication…

I’m not anti-medication.
But when I was re-diagnosed with ADHD at 33, medication wasn’t an option for me.
Due to a family history of heart issues, both my cardiologist and my psychologist advised against it.
So I had to look elsewhere.

I went back to basics—gut health, dopamine rhythms, nutrition, nervous system support.
The same path my mum followed for me when I was six.
Ten years later, I’ve built a new rhythm for my brain—and I teach others how to find theirs too.
